The template is flexible and can be adapted in different

Friends of the Earth's recruitment poster is an example of
how you can use the template. Please note: the template has been carefully made so as to fit in the white space, so please don't change the margins. The Welsh version of the poster has slightly less space to personalise. For the A3 version, download the A4 template and add in your text. Use your photocopier settings to enlarge this to A3 and then photocopy your text onto the A3 printed poster.
These come blank apart from the top and bottom green banners. Groups traditionally enlarge their slogan on to sheets of A4 or A3 paper and then tile them up onto the placard. Alternatively you can write directly on it in large visible print or use it to collect signatures in a visual way. Each group gets 5 free placard posters. Order them using this form. Meetings posters, A4 The ‘Looking for a date?' question is intended to prompt people into thinking they'd quite like to come along and join you. This is likely to have a shorter lifespan, so target where you put these carefully, and be prepared to remove or update them and order more as your plans change. Order the posters using this form, then download the meetings poster template to adapt them to local needs. Bedfordshire Friends of the Earth's questionnaire for
new members asks what issues they are interested in. You
could develop a similar survey for your own group and include
a copy in the welcome pack for new members. This could help
make them feel that you are interested in them and help
you tailor how you communicate with them. |
