The Activist Information Officer

Local groups can contact the Activist Information Officer for an overview of resources (Change Your World, free publicity materials, briefings, catalogues etc.), initial enquiries about running a group (publicity, recruitment, stalls, talks, fundraising, insurance etc.), sharing campaign successes, changing contact details and as the first point of contact for any enquiry.

Call 020 7566 1677 or email us.

Supporter Information Service

For information on Friends of the Earth’s work and campaigns contact us. Please say that you are from a local group straight away so that we can prioritise your enquiry.

Supporter Services Unit

The Supporter Services Unit can be contacted for free resources for your group like Friends of the Earth rainjackets, T-shirts and table covers. Recruitment leaflets and posters, welcome packs and DIY information posters are also available.
Having a stall at a local event? Why not sell some interesting, attractive and environmentally sound products to draw people to your stall, raise money and talk about your campaigns?

Publications: there is a wide range of materials available to local groups available in our online shop. Friends of the Earth local group members get a 20% discount on all publications - contact the Publications Dispatch Team on 020 7490 1555 for more details

Mailing supporters in England, Wales and Northern Ireland

If you would like to mail national Friends of the Earth supporters in your area (e.g. to tell them about your recently established local group) this can be done through a low-cost mailing service. Please read our guidelines first (PDF).

Complaints procedures

There are three procedures which set out the way in which complaints will be dealt with by Local Groups, Staff and the Board.

For details on the processes please see Appendix 3 (PDF - 78K) of the Partnership Agreement.
