This workshop will look at the current methods that exist to involve local groups in different levels of developing strategy; explore how well they are working; discuss other methods that may be needed; consider how local groups might be involved in developing the next Strategic Plan (2008-13); and consider how the role of motions to conference could evolve to fit better within the various processes. If you are interested in how best to influence the issues that we work on and our overall approach, then this workshop is for you!
