Want to improve your meetings, help your group get better at working together and become an expert facilitator? This workshop will give you practical advice, techniques and tools to help you get more done, involve more people in decision-making, and generally make your meetings more enjoyable and effective. Suitable for anyone who regularly attends their local group meetings, but please let David or Penny know if you'd like to come along.
