Rights & Justice - what's it all about?Environmental rights allow people to influence decisions that affect them and their environment. Having a strong system of environmental rights is not enough on its own though. People must be empowered to use these rights. It is often the case that people who are experiencing bad environmental problems are less able to deal with them.
