Job examples tool
Navigation
It is recommended that you access the information in the job
examples tool in different ways depending on what you
are after. For example:
By development
If you are fighting for or against a development in your local area
you can view all the examples and arguments about that
issue by doing a search using only the sector or sub sector list that
is most relevant.
By argument
If you are contributing to a regional economic strategy, you may find
an overview of the arguments and examples across a whole
range of arguments more useful so try doing a search using one of the
argument categories.
By multiple criteria
If you are combining several search criteria then bear in mind that
some sub sectors and arguments have more examples
than others. If your search does not bring back many examples then broaden
your search eg change sub sector to ANY and select the sector instead,
or deselect the single argument and select instead the category of argument
it sits within.
Output format
You can select how you view the results of your search by choosing an
output format after you have selected your criteria. If you choose to
view your search results by argument then the titles of the information
will be listed which are links to the full text. If you choose to view
your search results as an alphabetical list then the complete text of
the argument or example will be displayed unless there
are dots at the end of the text which means there is further text on
the linked page.
